As well as setting up the project and management organisation correctly, Governance also sets a number of additional requirements for the way in which the Compliancy, Security and Architecture roles and responsibilities are determined within an organisation.
Compliancy
In companies and organisations, Compliancy is responsible for the monitoring and implementation of regulations and legislation. It enables new regulations and legislation – such as for example accounting directives, CSR and Compliancy frameworks (e.g. SOx and (financial) audit frameworks) – to be dealt with proactively.
Security
Security protects information and information systems against unauthorised use. The aim is to safeguard confidentiality, integrity and availability of information and information systems. With the Security service we set up an integral security policy for the supplied ICT service provision. We also adopt the security policy for our activities, such as the embedding of Security in our systems.
Architecture
The Architecture role provides the activities that are needed for designing and updating the chosen architecture, which is in turn required to provide all the contracted services.
